Loudoun Sports Training knows what it takes to help young students develop their athletic and academic potential. LST has developed T.E.A.M.S., our innovative after school program. This program focuses on developing the five aspects of effective basketball: Technique, Endurance, Agility, Mastery, and Shooting; as well as encouraging student athletes to strive for greatness off of the court.

T.E.A.M.S. was created especially for today’s busy Loudoun families. T.E.A.M.S. program is designed to bring out the best in your child in the classroom and on the court. The result is a stronger student athlete.

Your child can be picked up and transported to The Lab, our nickname for the Loudoun Sports Training facility where we study the science of athletic success. After snack, students are assisted with homework and encouraged to do daily reading. Additional tutoring is available to your student athlete upon request for an additional fee. The remainder of the afternoon will be spent engaged in T.E.A.M.S. athletic training programs.

DAILY SCHEDULE

2:30-3:00 Children Arrive
3:00-3:30 Snack Time, Free Time
3:30-4:45 Academic Training
Homework, Tutoring (Optional, per consultation),
4:45-6:00 Athletic Training
*based on athletes’ basketball skill level, all athletes attending will have one-hour of Small Group Training, either in Fundamentals or regular Small Group or the ELTP** (Elite Level Training Program)
